I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at KB Homes for such a wonderful experience in the building/purchasing of my new home.
I specifically want to thank my sales counselor for being so helpful, courteous, and very attentive to my needs through the entire building process. He called me every week, kept me up to date and when I called him for anything specific, he was right there emailing whomever he needed to email to get me quick, accurate answers. An asset to your organization and a very good sales person, at that. A big thumbs up!!!
I specifically want to thank my Home Studio representative, for a job well done. She really knows the products and was very helpful in my selections for my new home. The Home Studio is beautifully done and the experience was very satisfying.
I specifically want to thank the superintendent, for his courtesy, promptness in getting back to me with any questions I had and keeping me advised of all phases of the building process, without fail, every week.
I specifically want to thank my builder loan consultant. Hewas very helpful in explaining the loan process to me and even when I didn't understand something and asked probably more questions than he wanted to answer, you would have never known. He was always courteous and knows his business.
I have singled out all of the team members in your organization and want to let them all know how much I appreciate them and how nice they made this buying experience for me.
I would also like to thank the management of KB Homes for their courtesy and understanding during my closing process and all of the accommodations that were given me. You closing agent was very courteous and I appreciate her diligence.
