Letter from A.L. - a homeowner in Phoenix
To Whom It May Concern:
Hello, my name is A.L. and I recently purchased a KB home in Arizona with my fiance. We have been living in our new home for about 3 weeks now. This is the first home purchase for both of us. Our experience not only purchasing a new home, but our first ever home, compelled us to write this letter. We have dealt with many people during our home buying experience. Easch person that we have encountered has treated us with respect and we have been pleased by their kindness, generosity and willingness to assist us with our needs, whatever they may be. However the reason we are writing this letter is to highlight the outstanding effort of one particular KB Home employee. The employee's name is Jonathan M. He is the superintendent for the Indigo Trails development where we purchased our home. Jon went above and beyond his duties to ensure that all of our needs were taken care of. it was not only his willing ness to accommodate our requests and needs in building our home, but he never once made us feel like we were being too particular with the issues we wanted corrected. He constantly assured us that our home should be "perfect" and that he would do whatever it took to make that so. No matter when we tried to cotact Jon, he was always quick to respond and never seemed busy or irritated.
Often in daily life is it rare to encounter people who will take time out of their day and put forth more effort than is required, especially when meeting the needs of others. It is these people that deserve recognition for being the rold model and "gold standard" in an industry and society that has fewer and fewer as time goes on. In a world of efficiency it is nice to know that there is still people that slow down to make sure the job is done right. it is nice to know that there are still people that take the time to make a personal connection even though they deal with hundreds of people. And finally, it is nice to know that there are still people that take pride in their work and care about the people their work effects. Thank you for reading this letter and I hope that you can recognize Jon not only for the exceptional job he's done for us, but to enlighten others as to the way any job should be done.
Sincerely,
A.L.
