We have bought a home in the Springbrook development. It was a long time coming but from start to finish our experience has been excellent. This is due to 3 people: Brandon C, Amy S and Cindy J. These three make us feel like we are all part of a family and they are always more than happy to spend time with us.
It started with Brandon C, Sales Representative. This is the first time for us to buy a new house and it is a very nerve retching encounter. He has explained everything to us and let us know what to expect. Any questions we had, all we had to do was call him, if we left a message, our phone would be ringing shortly afterwards. To this day, when we see him he remembers us and always comes to greet us. Brandon is an exceptional sales person!
Amy S, Superintendent. Amy has always been there for us, answering all our many questions. If we though something was wrong, she would explain to our satisfaction. She was always accommodating to us when we wished to see how the building was coming along. Her warm attitude, laughter and happy smile will be greatly missed. After hearing horror stories of other home builders I feel very confident in recommending KB Home as a builder that can be trusted.
Cindy J, Senior Customer Service Representative. Cindy is now taking care of our needs. She is such a pleasant person to talk to and is always there when we need her. Her attitude is that we are the most important people in the world. She is straight forward and honest with us, and that is very important. We look forward to having her support in the future to keep our home working properly.
